Work History

As a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist with experience in various settings, including schools and clinics, I bring a wealth of expertise to my role. Currently, I am employed as an LMFT at Kaiser Permanente, where I provide therapy services to clients of all ages. In my previous role at Hillsides, I served as a School-Based Therapist, working with middle school students and providing individual, group, and family therapy.

I have also worked as a Marriage Family Therapist Intern at Children's Bureau of Southern California, where I provided therapy to children from ages 2-18 and received training in evidence-based practices such as TFCBT, EBP, MAP, and CPP. Additionally, I have served as a Psychological Assistant, Intern at The Saban Community Clinic, where I provided individual, couples, and family therapy and worked closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and medical staff as part of the Integrative Care Management team.

Prior to my current roles, I worked as a Marriage Family Therapist Intern at Child Development Institute, where I provided counseling to special needs children and their families using the Floor-Time Model, with many clients being Spanish-speaking only. I also gained valuable experience as a Marriage Family Therapy Trainee at The Saban Community Clinic, where I provided individual therapy to high-risk populations using Cognitive Behavior Therapy, as well as ran art therapy groups for children, teaching them social skills.

Overall, I am dedicated to providing evidence-based therapy services and maintaining thorough documentation of therapy, assessments, and treatment plans. My experience in diverse settings and populations has honed my skills in helping clients cope with daily stressors and achieve their therapeutic goals.
